Gel liner for hooded eyes.

I usually use liquid liner, but I love the look of gel liner. The problem is that I have hooded eyes and it smudges so quickly. Could someone recommend a great gel liner that's waterproof and smudge-proof??

UD 24/7 liquid liner in perversion. I have slightly hooded eyelids, and I LOVE this so much. Lasts all day, dries fairly quickly, and I've never had problem with transferring.

Inglot's gel liner dries quickly and then is impossible to get off!
