I think you should only line the bottom half lash line & blend it out.. So your eyes will look brighter & bigger!

I like it a lot. Only thing I would change a bit is the black eyeliner on your waterline. Maybe a light brown would work perfect. And instead of connecting it on the inner corner I would connect it on the end of the eye.

Don't put the black on your waterline. It makes your eyes seem smaller than they are. Maybe try a lighter color like brown, as Diggie mentioned. And blend it so it gives a soft effect to your eyes. And add mascara as well. :)
