My biggest insecurity is my acne, I feel like people look at me and think I look gross. How often do you really notice when someone has a lot of acne?

I have that same problem!! I haven't walked out of my house bare faced in almost half a year until last week because I went to the beach. When I was walking around, I realized that people barely noticed my acne. They just noticed my big smile when I was enjoying myself. Honestly, I think it has more to be with your own insecurities than you really think.

I think it you more than what people think! Trust me I'm like it aswell! People don't really care about what you look like it just that you think they will! You probably don't even have acne, it's probably just a few small spots! Who cares we are all teenages or have been teenages! It's just the hormones! Every one gets them!

I used to feel just like you but I'm not going to lie and say I don't notice when other's have it. I think I might be more conscious of it than others though just because I have it. at the same time, I don't let my acne bother especially since I've gotten older. I just don't care anymore and have learned to accept my skin for what it is. I know there are a lot worse things in the world than acne and people would rather have acne than some of the problems they have. my only issue would be that I feel people think acne comes from me NOT taking care of my skin which is further from the truth. I have a routine that I am completely committed to so my skin can be somewhat better. I don't have acne because I am dirty or lazy!! that is the one thing I hope people will realize when they see my acne.

I used to feel that way all the time until I found this stuff called "Zapzyt" I tried it and it worked instantly!! I mean like the next day you could tell that the acne was going away!!

Everyone feels that when a pimple (or quite a lot of pimples) are visible, everyone notices. As a person who has had acne and who has had clear skin, I can say that I do notice it, but I don't really think anything of it. I don't think it devalues your attractiveness. Basically everyone gets acne and its just something we all deal with. Don't feel any less beautiful.

I agree! I hate my acne. I don't even know why I started to break out again and it brought my confindence really low! But remember people don't judge as much as you will because you are your worst critic! But don't let it takeover!:)

Ughh! Alyssa, I feel you! I feel like people judged me, thought lower of me, thought I was ugly, thought it made me look dirty and just unattracive. It was a huge lowering of self esteem and confidence.. My little sister would tell me "You need that!" whenever a skincare for acne advertisement would come on.. It even got soo bad that my MOM even reccomended I get an expensive facewash..and she neeever notices stuff like that, and absoluutely nevver would reccommend something expensive.! lol.I ts something everyone battles with at some point in their life, unless they have some kind of magical genes in their DNA that makes their skin flawless. Whenever I see someone with mild/bad acne, I feel for em, and can empathize with them and their feelings to a 't'. There will aallways be people out there that judge you for how you look...thats life. but there are 7 BILLION people on this Earth, and the LAST thing you need to do is feel bad about yourself because of a some stupid person trying to brin you down on something you have little control over. If there's aany way I can help alyssa, jusst ask! (: You are beautiful!
