I never been to a hair salon before, to get my hair trimmed, or dyed, ect. So I was wondering about some tips. should I do it by myself, or put faith in them? my hair is down my back, so a bit scared, that they will cut to much off. what should I do?

Just go to a local salon and tell them what you would like them to cut off and how much of your hair to cut ofd.

Beauty salons usually vary from place to place, so go somewhere close to you that has gotten really good reviews maybe online or from friends! Always specify to WHERE you want to get your hair cut to, instead of saying 4 inches or 7 inches or whatever. I wouldn't do it yourself; if your trying to cut the hair in the back you could mess up very badly and will only have to get more cut off to fix it! Hope I helped

I would say do it yourself because its not that hard but if you going to let the salon do it say what you want more than once and make sure they kbow what you want and not do want they think you need.
