5. Curl eyelashes

No primer is for BEFORE everything if its face primer... Eye primer is before eyeshadow.

Curl lashes

lipstick (lip balm is like your skin care routine and should go before all of your makeup if you need it, if you want a matte lipstick don't)

At least that's how I learned it on makeup school, but some people change some steps. If you do dark eyeshadow, like black, apply it before foundation and face primer, so it won't stick if there's any fall out.

Advisable to do face before eyes! Its very convenient :) You'll know when you try it haha.
