Elf is a really great brand! You can buy it at Walmart, Target, Walgreens as of recently, and online at eyeslipsface.com! They always have really great deals on the website and you could also check retailmenot.com for coupon codes :) Another great brand is Essence! Their mascaras are amaaaaaze, you can buy them at Ulta!

NYX is amazing and cheap, Ulta sells it. Coastal Scents is my favorite online shop for cheap makeup. Super pigmented as cheap, can't beat it.

Almost forgot to mention elf I thought it was cc only sold at target but I'm always finding them at random places like my grocery store and some dollar trees but thats an amazing brand and the majority of the products arevonly a dollar! I even love the elf brushes that I scored for a buck I'm so in love with the eyeshadow brush I'm going back for another.

I agree with everybody else- esp on elf and nyx. Also, I watch the sales on hautelook. They always have cosmetics on there. I got all my the balm cosmetics on there for half the price. The other week, they had urban decay there for cheap too!
