I have a ton of tattoos and I swear by the Kay Von D foundation/concealer. I have hand tattoos and worked in an office where we couldn't have them.

I use the paramedical airbrush to cover tattoos when I do weddings. Its from Dinair but it took me lots of practice and lots of classes to get it natural.
