I wouldnt really wear foundation, you should try a bright eyeliner like maybe a purple or blue and remember to use a lipstain, if you wear eyeshadow in neutral colors.

@elana in the 9 grade I would use mascara , eyeliner in the bottom & blush , lipgloss thats all.

I would try some different lipstick colors! Just experiment with it and you'll find what you like :)

Revlon lip butters are the best lipsticks because they are really smooth and they are pretty cheap!

In grade 9 I would only wear dark eyeliner. And I often had very bold eyes. Similar to taylor momsen.

Sweet pink colours would look great. For your eyes some Awesome eyeliner and mascara. You already look so fresh and beautiful.

I tightlined my eyeliner because it wasn't a big obvious thing but made my face much more "done". I still do this and lips at the minimum even if I have nothing else done.
