What does aspirin do to pimples? And do you leave it on overnight? Also, what's some other home remedies I could try?

I have heard you can mix it with water into a paste and apply on your pimples and leave it on overnight, aspirin helps to clear and reduce pimples hope I helped  x

Yup it helps shrink the pimples and dry out the blemish area. Be sure to follow up w a little moisturizer or your skin will be too dry/flake off. :$
