Wet a tea bag and open it up , put all the things in the tea bag all over your face. Keep it on for ten minutes and rinse off. Do this once a day , you'll notice improvement c: I hope I help!

They look like comodones (blackheads) that have resulted in slight scarring. A good regular skin routine using good quality products morning and night should clear it up over time. Even try getting facials at a spa or beauty salon. As for the scarring you would need to have more serious treatment such as IPL or a derma roll.

@Umaima I also have combination skin...
This might also be caused by a slight allergy.
It's happened to me before and it turned out to be allergy.
Good luck!

Your pimples are inflamed under your skin. those are always the hardest to get to. I suggest you go to a dermatologist.
but until then steam your face if you do not have a face streamer then boil some water and p ut it into a bowl and lean your dace iver it covering the back of your head with a towel. you can put tea bags in there it helps but I love to use sea salt. you ever notice after you come back from swimming at the beach your skin is just Amazing well sea salt is one if the best ingredient for skin care. you can do so many things with it. boil it as I said before and steam your face , also make a sea salt and honey scrub. honey has vitamin E that helps moisturize your face while tge sea salt targets and drys out your pimples. it is important to steam your face before using a scrub it opens up pores. also another is just adding sea salt to a bowl drop a little bit of water and apply to face leave on for 30min. and lastly sea salt spray. just grab an empty spray bottle make sure it is rinsed out and add sea salt and water shake and apply it to a cotton ball before night time do not rinse off. btw it is okay to use medicated products. it helps moce the process faster good luck. p.s. do not exfoliate ecery day try 3times a week. make sure you do not touch your face and also disinfect where you lay your head. it helps a lot.

Sorry for the late reply I have no idea what those products are cos I'm from Australia but just check and see if they are paraben free, mineral oil and alcohol free and they should be good :)
