In my opinion:
* I think you should fix your brows (tame 'em and lightly fill them in)
* fix the liner - make sure the liner touches your lash line as close as possible and I would make it a bit more thicker. Also, make sure you use a dark black (I recommend essence gel liner, but any other pigmented liner will do)
* I feel like your gold liner is all over the place, so making a more defined line would be great
