What can I do to make my hands more feminine looking? I have much needed calluses (I'm a pole vaulter), and thicker than wanted fingers:(. What kinds of manicures should I get to make my hands look slimmer?

Soak your hands daily and invest in a good hand moisturizer. Go to a nail salon and tell the nail technician about your callus problem. She/he could fix that on the spot.

Can you show a picture? it will be easier to help. usually longer nails in an oval shape with French manicure, light colors or just thin gentle designs will create a simmer and more faminen look :)

I feel your pain! I have always had sausage fat fingers, I couldn't go to a cheap jewelry shop and pick up some nice rings because they don't fit! I like to paint my nails red when they are long because my fingers aren't as fat looking, once in a blue moon I get acrylic nails done with white French tips and somehow my fingers don't look as bad!

Certain shades of nail polish can make yuor hands look more feminine. I'm an athlete who needs calluses too (rowing, weightlifting). I find a good shade of nail polish can make my hands look more girly. you could also try a simple French manicure.
