Yes I have hated it, I think it works best on ethnic type hair (not just African American people, people who have a very curly texture like some Hispanics do even some arabians) my hair isn't super straight but it didn't do much for me...

Yeah girl try it still, it may be different for you, organix (even though I hate everything else they make) surprisingly make a good one!
