I definitely think the red looks best. To me the brown is kinda blah... If you wanted to try something new I would do like really dark. Maybe a burgandy.

@Hillary Thanks! I agree! My hair is also a lot shorter now and I like how the red gives it that pop. If I had brown then I feel like it would be very blah. I love to be daring with my hair. I'm actually surprised everyone is saying brown! Aha.
