So I have a lot of back acne and I don't know how to get rid of it. It's so embarrassing to wear tank tops and bathing suits. Please help!!

Clean it properly with tea tree oil, and use sudo creme! (like Emily said)

If that does not work, contact a doctor or a dermatologist, (I wouldn't know how much the dermatologist wil cost, since everyone in my country must have healthcare and if you can't pay the government does it temporarily for you)

Once you get in the sun you either get burned Or tanned its will dry up and go away! I got sunburn on my back and most of it is gone, one of the best things about the summer sun your acne will go away!

If your looking for a way to cover up try a caftan, if your looking to get rid just let the sun get to it, it will help dry it up :)

Make sure after you rinse out your conditioner that you wash your back again as some conditioner can stay on your back and clog up your skin.
