Maybe fill in your brows a bit, winged liner and a bright lip? I think winged liner would really compliment your eye shape

If I were you I'd put a hot red lipstick , fill in my eyebrows and use some mascara and a liquid eyeliner.

I agree with Rachel, maybe fill in you brows and also try some mascara. your skin looks clear and so I wouldn't wear any foundation. you could also try adding some lip colour or lipgloss. hope this helped
