If you don't want to go to a professional, I would say hair dye from hot topic. It's called "raw" :)

Anything from hot topic isn't that great. Manic panic isn't either. If you want a color that won't fade immediately, and is a super bright color, go with Punky Colour, you can get it at Ulta. And for creating it, put more color on the place where you want to be darker, put less color and don't let it saturate the hair where you want the lighter color. Use common sense in between, if you understand. Good luck!
