I would do moisturizer, sunblock, primer, foundation, though I suppose primer/sunblock could be switched.

You use your moisturizer first let it absord for 5 min so you don't dilute your sunblock let your sun block absorb then put primer

I actually think sunblock before anything you need the barrier right on your skin.

Why not use a moisturizer that contains sunscreen in it so you can reduce the use of products from 3 to 2.

I have oily skin and I haven't had any problem finding one. I use Peter Thomas Roth All Day Moisture Defense Cream spf30. I haven't experienced any issues with it.

Neutrogena also has several made for oily skin. I can't remember the exact formula name of them but I used a few in the past and they didn't break me out or cause me to produce more oil.

What about BB cream, One can use it as BB Cream is an all-in-one cosmetic beauty and skin care product. Depending on the brand you choose, It acts as a foundation, concealer, sunblock, and moisturizer all in one go.
