I have very long and thin hair and it's time for a cut. Should I do long layers? Bangs? Any tips?

A lot of tapered layers! Starting above the nape of the neck to the ends! By having a lot of layers, it creates the illusion of having a lot more hair!

I would try longer layers, but make sure you don't get too many towards the bottom, because the longest layer will be thin, and if your hair is already thin it won't look full enough (if that makes sense). And side bangs are always cute! :)
