I see a lot of girls using the cream of nature shampoo and conditioner and other products.. and I'm trying to grow my hair out so I'm just wondering what is so good about them? I have curly dry hair and it is pretty damaged will it help me grow my hair out?? and is it sulfate free??

I use cream of nature. usually the shampoo is combined with detangling conditioner. but I don't think its any type of organic shampoo with no sulfate.
