I have heard rubbing garlic on your nails will promote strength and growth. I personally use nail strengtheners and cuticle creams such as "hatd as hoof" and "hoofers" they have a calming medicinal scent about them, and I noticed fast results! You can get hoofers at sallys beauty supplt, literally for around $4 and it will last you a year! a little goes a long way!

Tap your fingers on table top as if your playing piano or typing... this inc blood circulation which is good for growth n strength... soaking fingers in luke warm olive oil also helps... also. sumone here tol me rubbing lemon juice on nails helps...

Tapping nails doesn't help, it can actually damage the nails (the nail matrix). So don't do that(: Lol, buuut keep your cuticles moisturized and always have something on your nails even if its just clear! (:
