I think (and someone correct me if I'm wrong) that you can only upload videos and pictures that are your's...I'd imagine it has to do with copyright and such. When you upload your photos/videos you can tag the products you used in the photo or video...its really fun =) You can also group your photos into different galleries (which are like photo albums)...so for example I have one that is just nail looks.
Aside from the photos/videos, everything else is pretty easy...you can follow people (and they can follow you), you can write reviews on products and "like" certain products or brands. Hope that helps!
