I use this stuff called For Rhinestones Only as my top coat. makes my nails super shiny and my polish lasts over a week without chips. it is really for applying rhinestones to your nails but I found it works the best as a topcoat. its $6 from sally beauty supply

I just use nail polish remover with it. It's not hard to get off. This stuff is definitely my top coat holy grail. Makes it look like I have gel nails on. I always get asked where I get my nails done and people are amazed when I say I do them myself. They always ask, how do you get them so shiny. You are in the uk? I'll try to see where you can find it there...
