I have heard that the one on the right can rip easily, even though it's easier to hold.

Yes! They're totally worth it and it helps a lot. I use the beauty blender because I've tried other ones like from target or whatever and they are not the same the beauty blender is better I would definitely recommend it.

I have a SOHO brand beauty sponge from the drugstore. It does have a tendency to rip, but so far I love it and the finish it gives me.

Try the beauty blender the real one people say the target brand Bd eBay ones work the same but it's not true!! The real beauty blender is the best!!

I brought 2 from Marshall's in 2 difference shapes. They both do the same thing, one is just easier to get under your eyes with.

I bought one from cvs which was a bit firmer and I bought one from TJ Maxx it was softer and a slight difference between the two but now they have the ones with a handle I also would like to try.
