Aloe vera, message the stuff in the inside on to your head and leave it on for an hour. Then rinse with lukewarm water. This is a treat ment you can do once a week ^-^

Biosil. You can get it at GNC for around $30. It's a small capsule you take up to 3 times a day. It really does work.

I've been wearing my hair natural for several years now. I basically left heat stylers alone along with chemical straightners. I reach for more natural based haircare lines that do not contain sulfates (as its very drying to hair and scalp). As I Am, SheaMoisture, Camille Rose Naturals...just a few of the lines in rotation in my haircare stash. I don't mess with pills that claim to assist with hair growth as I find that you can obtain the required nutrients via the food you eat (limit the junk food but no limit on the healthy stuff). The aloe on the scalp...never tried it though I have made aloe based hair gel out of it as a styling product. If you're seeking to go natural full-time please understand its all about trial n error when it comes to figuring out what works for your hair and seeing major growth occur. My hair grows like a weed anyway but I noticed that since I left the "junk" alone it has become greater in length and strength overall.

I'm natural now and have been for about 6 years but it sheds so much and grows slow.

Definitely investigate your diet. I use to shed tennis ball size amount of hair every week. I was consuming way too much junk and using the wrong method to detangle my hair (start from ends and work your way up (I was going the opposite). Sometimes slow growth can just be a part of your hairs growth cycle and no matter what you use or do can change that unfortunately.
