Dry Frizzy Tangly Hair.

My hair has been dry, very snarly, and my scalp has been a bit itchy the past few months. it also frizzes and poofs up easily. my hair is naturally straight/ wavy. I use a cheap deep conditioner sometimes as well as garnier frutis moroccan argan oil. it helps a little but overall does not improve my hair's health. are there any tips/tricks/good products to use on my hair that anyone would suggest?

My hair is like that to I use morocco oil it's an argan oil treatment mine is by Marc Anthony it makes it softer and smoother but still vomumicious.
