It helps if your hairs a little bit damp, put your head upside down and grab your hair into a ponytail, twist it into a rope and grab it into a bun then put a hairband round it, tug it out a bit and Bobby pin it:)

Try to find one of those doughnut topnot bun thingys:) and for geting those flyaways to stay use a small brush and spray it with hairspray then lightly brush over those hairs.

If you are using a sock, put your hair in a ponytail. Drag the sock to the end of the ponytail and tuck the ends through the sock. Roll a couple of times (with the ponytail down, like normal) until all the ends and layers are secured. Don't worry if it looks messy because it won't in the end! Lift your arms over your head and continue rolling until you are finished. If it is still messy, grab the bun with one hand and hold your scalp with the other. Pull the bun up to loosen it and then roll one final time :) I hope this helped!
