Maybelline define a brow is good but you should set it with an eyeshadow thats the color of your brow.

The Maybelline one looks awful on me personally and I don't like the texture. My fave is the Sephora Waterproof Retractable Brow pencil. It's thin enough to make tiny lines without breaking so it looks very very natural, and stays on quite well. I always do an extra coat of Makeup Forever Aqua Seal just to be safe because my brows need a lot drawn on.
