Waiting for my hair to grow out is SUCH a pain, and my stylist just gave me massive layers (thanks...). What are some things I can do with it to get it to look good while it grows? The longest layer is midway down my shoulder blade.

Curl it, scrunch it with some sea salt, straighten it with a bump/poof, put a headband in it :/ I have short hair too so I feel your pain

I've also heard that taking biotin helps it grow but I don't like taking pills so I don't know if it works

There's no real way to speed up hair growth as long as yu eat healthy and eat proteins an with hair problem is a lot of the time when yur hair grows out it looses its shape there's no style to it anymore so I still tell my clients to come get a cut even if they're growing it out and I don't cut any length out really its just to clean it up and give it a little bit of shape and body.
