They're pieces of dry skin lodged in your pores. the clarisonic helps dislodge them. exfoliate your skin twice a week to keep them away and moisturize at least once. hope this helps and good luck :)

When my skin was at its worse, I used to exfolaite every day...I then learned, from a lady who gives facials, that exfoliating everyday causes a new type of break outs. when you exfoliate you remove a layer of dead skin that won't come back for a few days, but if you exfoliate the day after you remove the first layer of your skin. that's ok, but exfoliating directly after that removes another layer of already sensitive skin. you're not allowing your skin to heal itself. my advice (you don't have to follow it of course) would be to stop using the clarisonic for a couple weeks and instead apply a face mask twice a week. the nutrients in the mask will reguventae your skin and scrubbing it off when or dries exfoliates.

Once your skin heals itself, the little bumps will go away. It's hard to switch routines, good luck!

I think that you have is Keratosis Pilaris. Don't be scared of the big words, haha. This is a very very common skin "condition", if you will, where you get tiny, tiny bumps on your skin. They pop up anywhere: on the top portions of your arms, on your cheeks, on your forehead, your legs, anywhere. These little bumps are really just indications of dry skin! I have been to a dermatologist, and what she did was recommend some products to me. These products are even gentle enough for sensitive skin. Use an exfoliating cleanser. After you cleanse your skin, moisturize it so it doesn't strip it of it's natural oils. This could dry it out even more, thus creating more bumps. Anyways, I recommend the CeraVe moisturizer with salicylic acid. This is an extremely gentle moisturizer, and it contains salicylic acid, which is known to help Keratosis Pilaris. You can find this moisturizer at any drugstore (I purchased mine at Walgreens). It takes time to get rid of this completely. I have had this for a while and this moisturizer has made a HUGE difference in my skin. Hope this helped!

I don't know why you would have homeless people on your forehead but I'm sure it's inconvenient.
By the way, I'm not being mean.
I used to have those and I started using the guy face wash called Oxy I think and they went away.
