Hi, I have seen so many of you posting such wonderful pics of yourself. I can never take great ones of myself. I look good in d mirror but that doesn't get captured right, lol. I have a good phone with cameras both sides please suggest some tricks to take great selfies, I can't keep irritating people to take my pics all the time :P.

When I take a photo if myself I usually take atleast ten to begin with. I'm different lighting and angles and I end up with one or two that work. It's good test different angles and lighting to see what is best for you. I try not to use Photoshop in my pics unless it's just for fun.

Agree with Tara. Use bright, natural lighting, a good background, different poses, smiles and angles. Then choose the one you like best! I don't like editing my selfies b/c it ends up not looking like yourself :p :)

Lighting. Shoot from above, hold the camera at an angle looking down on you for a good shot, from below the chin tends to look big and if you have any fat on your bones it gives you a double chin.

It also helps a lot if you have a front-facing camera on your phone so you can position yourself perfectly.
