I dyed my hair red a month ago and it won't fade. I used permanent dye from sallys & 30 vol developer. My hair is naturally dark brown. Can I dye over the red dye with dark color or should I bleach my hair first?

Don't bleach it out!! usually when you go blonde you have to deposit red back in but since your hair is red already, fine to go dark.

Just dye it back black the red in your hair will keep your hair from getting a green cast.

You will have to go over it with a darker color. No bleach...it's damaging and it may make the red turn orange or pink.
