So I know caffeine can cause acne, so I have cut myself off from it completely, I just had my usual green tea latte with soy milk and no sugar the for the first time in close to a year from Starbucks and wanted to know if it could cause acne or actually help it since it is green tea and I am getting it with soy milk and no sugar.

I don't know if you know, the green tea at Starbucks has sugar mixed in it. So even without the pumps of sugar, you're still getting sugar. This may cause acne!

Soy milk can cause acne! The hormones in soy can cause it.
