During the day exercise your body AND your brain. So read a book or play online brain games! It totally helps me!

When I need to wake up early and can't go to sleep just daydream or think of something it will put you to sleep cause you just get bored.

I had the same problem, and it was horrible..I tried doing a lot of activities during the day, avoid any naps more than 30 min, avoid coffee and sugary stuff 3 hours before sleeping, red a book 30 min before bed time...and drink half a glass of a warm drink without sugar...then listen to some nature sounds...like waves,birds..etc.Hope that helped, and sleep well :)

I would try an over the counter first then if it doesn't work go to a doctor. No sense in going for the most expensive option first especially since you can get addicted and then rely on that medication.

I don't think you schools take pills before you know exactly how they work you should go yo a doctor and see if you can take them or read the label

My doctor recommended it to me when I was 14 so it must be safe.

I've been a chronic insomniac since middle school, so I know your pain haha! I suggest trying things like yoga, warm milk, reading before bed, etc.to see if that helps at all. If not, there's things like melatonin and midnite that are natural remedies for sleep which can be found in places like walmart and target. It's only been a couple days, so I wouldn't worry about it too much. It might just be a bad case of "summer". ;) I hope your sleep gets better!
