Has anyone's hair ever been heat damaged? And what did you do to get it healthy or what was the process of your hair journey? I naturally have curly hair but it won't curl anymore... I'm thinking of doing a big chip helpp :(

Yes... That happens to me often all I do is wash it and condition it and use heat protecting products so the heat doesn't affect my hair.

Always happen to meet I just cut my damaged hair then started to use lots and lots of vitamins for my hair.
