So my friend got a Brazilian blowout on her hair to permanently straighten it and she said its great! I just want to know if you guys think it would damage my hair and if it will really keep it straight!

I had a Brazilian blowout it is good because it hydrates your hair, but you have to be careful because if you but to much you hair will fall out. It generally last 6 months and if the hairdressers do the blowout properly then your hair will feel amazing silky and straight. No using straighteners nothing

It will not damage your hair I had it done to it actually causes to be very healthy just make sure if you want to color your hair do it before not after yes it kept mine very straight the best times to do it are during the summer because thats when hair is the most unruly I have done three times and I have been very pleased even if I have to pay a lot.

I got the Brazilian keratine treatment done once and continued to touch up my roots myself & I love it. My hair went from curly to wavy after washing & air dry making it more manageable & easier to straighten. I no longer damage it using the flat iron & instead use the coolest setting on my blower to now dry my hair. It's pricey but I say do it, it's definitely worth it :)

It's not guaranteed to make your hair perfectly straight, it's more of a defrizzing treatment, however if you have natural loose waves, they normally go super straight. I was the guinea pig when we learned how to do them. I didn't have to blowdry my hair at all while I had it. My only suggestion is, if you don't like your hair super flat...make sure you tell your stylist. They should know to over direct the flat iron so you keep a bit of volume in the crown. Other than that, it's definitely. great. Especially for summer! :]
