I ordered a blue mascara online today. I'm not really sure what eyeshadow or eye colors would complement it or how it will look on me. Anyone ever tried it before??

I've tried the great lash blue maskara it's like a navy blue and looks very discreet I would put it on top and bottom if the maskara is bright blue try it on the very outer top lash for a pop of color
