Yeah I'd suggest look up some good concealers for your skin type and set it with powdet :) the circle will go away on thei own.

1) start using an eye cream 2) get a de-puffer (ganier fructise has one) 3) for makeup, apply concealer in a triangle. Draw a line from the base of your nose to the corner of your eye. Fill in and blend! Look up?triangle of light? on YouTube for more help!!
