Hi MUAs!

Do any of you have photographers or producers sign a contract or agreement before TFP or partial trade shoots? I am considering it because I am not always getting images in a timely manner (over 2-3 months) or not getting printed credits for published work even if it is agreed on before hand. Just wondering how you all handle this or if you have experienced it as well. If you have presented and agreement before shooting how has it been received by the photog?

It wouldn't hurt to have on. Let them know ahead of time.

I have done some shoots with contracts and some without. If someone is offended or upset by the thought of signing a contract, I take that as a sign that I probably shouldn't work with them.
