I have actually calmed down a lot in the last couple years after I made myself go through and start giving away stuff I wasn't using. all I can say is give yourself a monthly budget and stick to it.

Em L. I save all of mine. I had to recently return over $30 dollars in makeup at Walmart and since I had the receipt I got my cash ( if you buy cosmetics use credit because they can put the money back on the card , I don't like carrying cash ).
