Eye linner HELP smudges please fix any suggestions?

I love black eye linner but the kind I use always smudges off any suggestions?

Try water proof alo use eyeshadow primer before you use liner it helps it not smudge I have oily eyelids so my eyeshadow smudges another thing I do is set my eyeliner with eyeshadow on top of it in the same color it takes longer but definitely worth it also liquid eyeliner doesn't smudge but you can only put it on your top lash line.
