I am 27 and there are a few trends that I really love right now. I love the high-low skirts, high-wait shorts/pants, maxi skirts, and crop tops. Are these items appropriate for me to wear? What are your opinions?

You look hot, so definitely wear that. I also wear high low skirts, high waist shorts, and I wish I still could wear crop tops without anything under it. My belly is ruined, so. Other than that, I wear whatever and nobody looks weird at me, because it suits me. I'm 34 btw.

I hate that statement...age appropriate. If you feel confident and comfortable wearing it then go for it. I'm 39 I break all the "stupid" rules. Mini skirts, shorty shorts and most recently crop tops. Just make sure it fits properly as I've seen gals squeeze into items that were waaaayyyyy too small. :)

My friends don't either, but they do like what I'm wearing. It wouldn't suit them anyway. Not to be rude towards them, more like doesn't suit their character.

The items that you suggested are great for your age.You are not old. Most trends if you believe are not age appropriate you can sophisticate them.
