Gel nails/fake nails??

I've never gotten gel nails or acrylics but I am curious to try. I heard that they can ruin your nails so that is why I am hesitant on trying. Should I try?
Below are my natural nails with nail wraps on.

You don't need them your nails are long. If anything just get an overlay to make them hard and so the polish will last as long as fake nails.

You can definitely get gel nails, as long as you give your nails a few breaks once in a while. I think it is damaging for the nail though, ever since I've started with gel nails I've noticed that I really struggle growing back my natural nails. Plus I see you have pretty long nails already, and they look healthy to me!

Thanks. I never thought of overlays before. I think I'll try that and I guess gel nails are good before traveling so that it's not frequent.

Since your nails are long just get shellic (sp) on your nails itll make them stronger...I'm jealous my nails never grow :(

DONT DO IT your nails are great and it will probs ruin them. if you want something go for shellac.

Your nails are really long enough but I have bio gel nails and they are really great they are more natural looking than acrylics and not as thick and they are more flexible so they don't break off as easy as acrylics do I have done them all and bio gel is my favorite I have attached a photo of how long mine are and they stay on great.
