Good eyeshadow pallets will help create a dressy look, or even some colored eyeliners

If you have the regular Naked palettes, those can be used to create dressier looks. :)

You are going on a cruise, keep it simple, I would leave out the bronzer and blush, personally. What I would pack (outside of skin care) is foundation, concealer, a black eyeliner, maybe a colored eyeliner, one or two lipsticks/glosses (for dressier), lip balm, maybe a palette, and since you use mascara that also.
What I always do is I pick out my outfits then I choose my makeup. If my red lipstick will work for all my lipstick outfits then I only need to take one lipstick. Does my black eyeliner go great with all my outfits, if so then I only need one eyeliner. Etc.

You are welcome. I also meant to suggest maybe a BB/CC cream to cut back on the amount of products you need to take. I always forget about those since I have yet to find one that isn't too dark for me.

Along with keeping it simple. keep it small. if a brand you like has travel size versions or samples take those instead of your everyday products. it'll make travel easier and you won't be devastated if you lose it.
