You should try a darker liner and not putting it on as thick, you have very pretty eyes! Maybe a pinkish eyeshadow to bring them out?

Not bad at all for your first time! Try a felt tip eyeliner. I recommend either the Nyx super skinny eye marker or the Nyx curve, they both work amazing!(:

I think the eyeliner looks great. I personally like it a little on the thicker side. I would use more mascara to give your eyes even more definition. I don't agree with adding more to the waterline. That makes eyes look smaller and it is dated and ages people. Maybe fill in your brows a little, not a lot. Love your freckles! You have great skin.
