Urban Decay or Too Faced are my favorites. They're both around $20 which seems pricey but they last a long time! And they're very reliable.

I have both the urban decay and elf one and honestly they're both equally awesome. Only the urban decay one is about $20 and the elf one is $1. But both work same for me.

My favorites from the drugstore are ELF eye primer, the primer from the Fergie Collection by Wet n Wild, & Milani's new primer. High end my favs are Urban Decay Primer Potion, Too Faced's primer, & Lorac's primer. I wanna try Rimmel London's new primer.
