You have a beautiful skin tone and hair color. ^_^ most deep reds, purples and burgundies will compliment you well. Deep berry would look wonderful as well. If you decide for a more neutral color go for a beige-ie pink, you don't want to go too light or it may wash out your beautiful skin tone. :)
