I'm trying to be unique and start a trend at school, but I don't know if it would be stupid? Like I bet people thought an accent nail was stupid before it was "cool"! Anyways I want to do a different color (pink) on my left hand and black on my right would that be weird? Or do you think I could make it popular?

I don't think that would be weird at all. I'd do that without hesitation if I painted my nails regularly. It'd be perfect to bring an outfit together!

Sounds good! And if you do one hand pink and the other black just use the other color as an accent nail. Like for the hand with black nails make the ring finger pink and the other way around but anyway works!

All through high school I tried to set cool new trends - none of my attempts worked. The one time a trend caught on (winged eyeliner), I started it because I liked it, not because I wanted to popularize it. Do whatever makes you happy, screw the haters. If you're confident, people will respect your choices.
