I have developed lil bumps like pimple near my chin area. its really irritating as am used to having very smooth skin please suggest something very useful to get rid of them.

This is happening to my cheeks right now just make sure you wash your face often like twice a day don't touch your face use witch hazel after washing and put moisturizer on use a pimple drying mask for three days straight.

Are you sure about using a moisturiser I think it will aggravate the pimples more.

Yes I still moisturize..you can use an oil free one or use aloe vera gel hun.
