Eos is the best for under lipsticks. Carmax for super dry lips. But makes your lipstick glossy or shiny.

Yes to carrots lip butter! There's no petroleum so it won't dry out your lips even further.

The Chapstick that keeps chapped lips moist and the one I always go back to us Chapstick original ( black tube) I've tried eos, baby lips and all they do is add a glossy sheen do me :( , I also have very dry lips so I'm not sure if its just me. I agree with Kelley D! Nivea is great too! I've heard Burt's bees works awesomely too! Try drinking more water too! It'll help keep your lips hydrated!

Neutrogena Revitalizing Lip Balm! I swear you use it less and less because it really heals your lips, brings back your lips natural color and they are tinted...my favorite shade is Sunny Berry:) Its a bit pricier than most chapsticks but totally worth it!
